Tuition and Payment Policies

  • Yearly registration fee of $35.00 per student/$40.00 per family.

  • If you are new to MAD and recently signed up for a summer class or camp, you will not need to pay another registration fee. Registration fees are paid once a year.

  • Our dance calendar goes from September to June. Tuition is based on the dance year and not on the amount of classes per month.

  • Classes meet once per week

  • Tuition will be automatically billed on the 1st of every month to the credit card you have on file unless you have chosen to set up a different method of payment.

  • There will be a $10 late fee for tuition that is late or not paid so please be sure your accounts are current. Thank you for your attention on this.

  • If the student needs to withdraw from a class, this must be done in writing and turned in at the office.

  • If a student needs to drop a class due to an injury, etc... you must notify Miss Annemarie in writing. Please email macacademy.dance@gmail.com.

Refund Policies: Registration fees are non-refundable. Costume orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. Missed classes due to illness or inclement weather will not be prorated. Make-ups are strongly encouraged. Declined/Returned Payment is $35.

Costume/Recital Fee Policy

Due November 20th- There is a $25 recital fee due per child
Due November 20th-Costume fee per dancer per class (no costume fees for technique classes) $70 for children’s sizes (I Can Dance, Ballet/Jazz, Hip Hop Tumblr, etc.) Costume fee per dancer per class (no costume fees for technique classes) is $80 for adult sizes.

Tuition Rates 2024-2025 Dance Year

All classes, including team and company, will follow these rates.
For each additional class that your dancer is signed up for they will receive a discounted rate (per dancer or per family)
1.5-hour classes are priced separately

Important change to payments for the upcoming dance season
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Tuition can be paid by Check, Cash, or Credit Card, however, if you wish to have your payment processed via credit card (Visa, Master Card through portal) a 3% fee will be added. Everyone’s credit card will remain on file. If you wish to pay your monthly fees via check or cash, I will need you to contact me prior to the first month (September) to set that up. If you choose to have your payments processed through credit, please check your account information on the portal and make sure everything is up to date. If you wish to pay your tuition in full, you will receive a 10% discount.

Drop In's

We will offer drop-in cards for weekly classes. You will need to sign up for each class by noon on the day of the class. Email Miss Annemarie at macacademy.dance@gmail.com.
Single class: $20 each
5 class card: $95 each
10 class card: $190 each
